Club & Athlete Membership Benefits

ClUB REGISTRATION FEES are per location

  • $300 first time club registration per location
  • $275 club renewal

Club membership Fees*: non-refundable and non-transferable.
Term: 12 months from the initial anniversary month of enrollment.
*USAIGC reserves the right to terminate a Club Member at any time for failing to follow Membership Rules and Policies. Only Membership Clubs in good standing and their Registered Gymnasts may participate in a USAIGC/IAIGC sanctioned competition, event, clinic or workshop in the USA or Internationally.

Mandatory Compliance: 100% Employee Background Verification with Expiration Date.
Any Verification Date in RED means the Club is not in compliance and may not attend any Sanctioned USAIGC/IAIGC Competitions or Events until the issue is resolved.
USAIGC Employee Background Check cost $21.00 per employee for employees without a current valid  background check, that is PENNIES a day.

Termination:? the USAIGC can prohibit and/or terminate a Coach or Club Member from participating in any sanctioned USAIGC/IAIGC competition and event for unethical conduct, unprofessional behavior, inappropriate dress, rudeness or the Club Membership has expired for over 30 days.
Persona Non Grata / Offender List: The National Gymnastics Governing Body (USAG) website lists individuals who may not coach nor be in the presence of children. The USAIGC is an Association Member of the NGB and recognizes and enforces the NGB list of undesirables. Any individual whose name appears on the NGB list MAY NOT participate under any circumstances in the USAIGC/IAIGC. The USAIGC/IAIGC instructs its Club Owners to check the NGB website four times a year for the protection of our gymnasts and their businesses.

Athlete Registration begins upon the registration date for the current competitive season and ends on July 5th. the following year. 
Athlete Registration Fee: $40.00 per athlete, per competitive season. Athletes can be registered on-line, mailed to the USAIGC Office or faxed to the USAIGC Office 212-227-9793. All USAIGC athletes have secondary insurance coverage.

Termination: USAIGC/IAIGC reserves the right to terminate any USAIGC Gymnast for unethical conduct and poor sportsmanship. 

Competitive Level: The USAIGC/IAIGC reserves the right to move, if necessary, a gymnast into the proper competitive level for the integrity of our competitive program.
