Warm-up & Perform Format / Less is More - first impression is paramount General Warm-up prior to performance Flight A Performs First followed by Flight B Warm-up & Perform Vault: Split Warm-up, first half takes up to three warm-up vaults then preforms, followed by the second half of the squad. Gymnasts may preform one vault. Coach may spot any vaults during the performance. UB: 2 identical sets. The squad is split in half and each group takes one set of bars and warm-up for 8 minutes. Then the performance begins by alternating gymnasts between the two groups; as soon as one gymnast dismounts the next gymnast begins on the opposite set of bars. Coaches may spot at anytime, or throuhout the routine. Any time remaining the both bars are open BB: 2 identical beams. The squad is split in half and each group takes one beam and have 8 minutes to warm up on their beam. Then the performance begins by alternating gymnasts between the two beams. As soon as one gymnast dismounts the next gymnast begins on the opposite beam. Coaches may spot at anytime, or throuhout the routine. Any time remaining the both bars are open FX: 10-12 minute warm-up. Then they perform. Any time remaing the floor is open. Like in all of the events the Coaches can spot. There is no scoring. The Official will time the events. Gymnasts may repeat a missed skill once.
